HDL’s Geotechnical Services Group provided geotechnical support investigation and recommendations at approximately 105 locations between Kian Street and South Point Higgins Road. This Federal funded project will install approximately 125 new LED luminaires mounted on new poles and mast arms. HDL performed continuous soil sampling, identified the depth of bedrock and groundwater, and prepared a report on the findings and design recommendations.
