Community

HDL is committed to the health and vitality of the communities we live, work, and play in. Our employees are encouraged to donate their time and talents to help at the local, national, and worldwide levels. Together we strive to make a difference through our philanthropy and volunteering efforts. HDL staff can be found coaching youth athletics, and mentoring at the elementary, junior, and senior high schools. They can be found running and biking to raise money to benefit research for cancer and heart disease, and playing golf to raise money for college scholarships.

Professional

Membership in professional organizations enables HDL staff to work towards a sustainable future for the world. Our involvement includes serving on boards and commissions, and providing technical expertise on projects, such as Habitat for Humanity, Engineers Without Borders, and the Community Engineering Corps.
