HDL Engineering Consultants, LLC is an Alaskan consulting firm specializing in civil, geotechnical, and transportation engineering, environmental services, planning, surveying and mapping, construction administration, material testing, and real estate services. Founded in 2000, HDL has grown to a full-time staff of 70 engineers, surveyors, geologists, environmental scientists, construction managers, and support staff with offices in Anchorage, Palmer and Kenai.
